Sheet feed section

3 measures prevent feeder from crash. Left –right manual fine adjustment device is applied for paper line. The powerful feeder is equipped with 4 lifting suction cups and 4 carrier suction cups, the directions of suction cups are adjustable according to the paper deformation. Blowers on both sides of the feed system sepatate the papers for smooth feeding process.

Feeder

The high- soeed feeder is made of lightweight aluminum alloy with anode treatment on the surface. The forward, backward, high and low positions can be adjustable according to the stock: for smooth feeding of thin paper, arge gram cardboard, corrugated paper, etc.

Ponching section

The driving gear ensures high speed of die cutting together. The pneumatic locking mechanism and air clutch are fast and stable. The die cutting frame can prevent the die from droopingor separating effectively.

Stripping

A triple-interlocked-piece waste removal unit that enables effective removal of various types of waste through harmonious and precise operation.
